Our class has been painting in this beautiful setting called "Portola Pastures." Scenery is gorgeous with stables, horses and magnificient Eucalyptus trees. What more can an artist want.
My name is Ellen Brandin. I was born in Europe and am currently living in Norther California with my husband. I refer to myself as a would-be-artist because I can't quite conceive of myself as a full blown artist, yet. Pursuing art has been my passion for the last few years and as I grow and improve, my passion increases. A blog will help me to stay focused and on track and take myself more seriously. Someday I will feel like a can refer to myself as an "artist." I would love to share my artistic journey with family, fiends and all the people who, I hope, will drop in and let me know how I am doing.
